A doctor in Germany, a qualified specialist in Switzerland – what are the rules?
In Germany, since 31.12.2020, only doctors may remove tattoos and permanent make-up by laser (§ 5 Abs. 2 NiSV).
In Switzerland, the V-NISSG ordinance has applied since 1.6.2024: anyone who removes tattoos or PMU by laser needs a Swiss federal certificate of competence. Andreas Baumgärtner holds this certificate and has worked exclusively with the PicoSure laser since 2016.

Prices are per session: small black tattoos from 50 €, 5 × 5 cm 200 €, 10 × 10 cm 350 €, 15 × 15 cm 550 €. Microblading and PMU removal costs 100 € per session.
Why can a non-doctor laser tattoos in Switzerland?

How many sessions will I need?
